So what is the Great Migration
The Great Migration is a breathtaking natural phenomenon characterized by the movement of millions of wildebeests, zebras, and other ungulates across the expansive plains of the Serengeti in Tanzania and the Masai Mara in Kenya. Best Time to Experience the Migration
From December to April, the southern Serengeti becomes the favoured grazing ground for wildebeests. Some veer towards the Western Corridor and the Grumeti River, while others opt for paths through the Loliondo area or via Seronera and Lobo.
